Further prepared Part 25 application for the parties’ London based PR company. • Briefed and attended conference with Simon Calhaem on a variation matter involving a HNW investment banker looking to vary down his joint lives order (which required him to pay 24% of all bonuses to his ex-wife). • Drafted a MPS application and budget on a case that was subject to a jurisdiction battle (Germany), where we were seeking an interim budget of £30,000 per month plus legal fees. • Currently preparing a Form E in a High Court case where the assets exceed £20m.• Prepared weekly funding reports for directors and built strong relationships with litigation loan lenders. • Presented talks in front of the entire firm on the Cohabitation Private Members Bill, WA v Executors of HA & Others and the impact of Brexit on family law (pre-Brexit).• Over 20 articles / blogs published on the firm’s website. -
