Having qualified in graphic design in the early 80’s, Chris took up the post of Graphics Assistant at Chris Cole Associates in Glasgow.In 1985 he left to join Future World recording studios as an apprentice Sound Engineer where he worked in the sound and video departments before taking up a post with SSK Productions in 1987.After two years of working in the event staging and production department he was approached by Viewplan plc to help develop their conference and production business.Following a management buy-out in 1992, Chris became Technical and Operations Director for Indica Presentations Ltd until 1995 when he left to join a young production company called Market Factor in Edinburgh, specialising in large scale event management and production. During the next eight years, the company grew many fold and evolved into Media Facilities at the turn of the Millennium.In 2002 Media Facilities became part of the Saville Group and over the next four years as Saville Media Facilities, Chris built a loyal client base and strong production team back in Glasgow (every member becoming a fully qualified Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) with InfoComm, the worldwide AV association.In 2006, the opportunity arose for the team to join MCL and create an in-house production department to compliment the existing business.Specialties: Project Management & Business Development
