My role with this company is to provide excellent customer service to our clients via telephone and internet until we are able to obtain resolution. Escalate issues to the appropriate group. Provide a work-around solution to our clients. Write up and record User Guides for our Help Desk website. Train via GoMeeting for group sessions.
