We Install and configure Voice, Data, TV, Audio, Nurse Call, Paging, Intercom, Security, and Surveillance systems. We install all cabling and devices, and configure the systems. I oversaw much of the installation process, helped to test and configure systems, and assisted in the training, certification, and inspection processes.

Sales and Marketing of Insulated Concrete Form Construction for Insulated Concrete Walls, Including ICF Consultation and Training!

Oversaw all aspects of ICF construction. Duties included Planning, mobilization, training, hiring, construction, daily reporting, sales, client relations, and represented the company in the OHBA, USGBC, FGBC, EGB, and other industry organizations and functions

Oversaw construction of first ICF project for IBIS 49, a 3400 square foot spec house. The project was three weeks from layout to stripping the forms, and went without any blowouts or other issues.

Hired to help with a specific ICF home that was having problems. I helped to get project back in the right direction and left due to professional disagreement with owner over how to continue with production.

I worked for RFB in Ft. Meyers (lived in St. Pete) installing concrete forms and building with Insulating Concrete Forms (ecoblock). I helped to train several new and inexperienced employees, and offered some feedback about their processes. All in all I learned a great deal working with RFB, and feel this experience to be valuable to me in the future..

I was responsible for not only management and planning, but daily job completions and customer service as well. I would schedule projects assign personnel to jobs and calculate materials and equipment necessary for project completions. We had two to three jobs daily where we would prepare a concrete surface through grinding or water blasting, form any.

I have been anxiously assisting Phoenix Systems and Components with their initial product launch in this area. I am responsible for meeting with local area contractors to illustrate the benefits of building with Insulating concrete forms. I also handle all of the technical aspects of helping our new clients in the transition to this new construction.

I worked on all stages of Insulated concrete form construction, and studied the efficiency of their company and its building procedures. I have analyzed their procedures and begun to prepare a report for their review, however due to unforeseen circumstances I regrettably had to quit.

I have worked in the Specialty Concrete industry since my first job with The Western Group In 1994. My specialties over the years have included new concrete pours and concrete restoration / waterproofing. I fulfilled a complete apprenticeship with "The Operative Plasterers' and Cement Masons' International Association (OPCMIA) of the United States" I have.
