Intelligence Labs UX Analysis TeamSpearheaded the creation of the UX Analyst team at NEXON, as its first member to set up the team. Recruited team members, fixed work processes, and expanded work areas.- Conducted UX Pre-Tests and validated new content for games in live service. - Provided UX/UI consulting to increase landing of specific target user groups. - Pre-UX validation and game content response testing of new mobile and PC games before launching.- Improved usability of game and non-game service projects (such as platform, dashboard). - Collaborated with NEXON Korea subsidiaries, European and Chinese branches to lead various projects.
