Cho Phyu has been working as a Project Manager at the Monastic Education Development Group (MEDG) since 2016, where she has successfully managed a diverse range of projects. Prior to her role as a Project Manager, Cho Phyu gained experience as an Admin Trainer, providing administration, leadership, and management training to Principals from Monastic Schools.Coming from a grassroots background, Cho Phyu faced numerous challenges in accessing education throughout her own educational journey. She had to travel to another village for her middle school education and then relocate to Mandalay city for high school. It was through the support of monastic education schools that she was able to continue her education, and she recognizes the significant impact it had on shaping her life. Cho Phyu firmly believes that without access to monastic education, her path would have been entirely different.Motivated by her personal experiences, Cho Phyu is deeply passionate about working for the advancement of monastic education. She is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children who face similar challenges by dedicating her efforts and support to the cause.With her genuine enthusiasm and sense of purpose, Cho Phyu continues to work diligently to support and contribute to the development of monastic education.
