Human Resource management and talent pipelining led to my own development in employing technology to better conduct workflow, teaching me to use HRIS, ADP, ATS, and a host of other software programs in the process.This experience is augmented by the broad scope of an Associate of Arts degree and a Bachelor's in Psychology. I am certified as both a Leave Management Specialist and a Professional in Disability Management, and authorized to conduct workplace investigations.
