Responsible for maintaining ICP (Internal Control Program) authorization/certification from the Bureau of Foreign Trade (BoFT), managing strategic high-tech commodity (SHTC) export licenses and export commodity control audits, and interfacing with government units to ensure compliance and smooth operations. Additionally, conducting compliance reviews on all export shipments according to the latest international trade regulations and company standards, handling coordination tasks with freight forwarders/customs/trade bureaus to ensure smooth export procedures and support import-related tasks. Establishing and maintaining the GTS legal and sanctions control database to ensure smooth business operations. Also, coordinating internal and external affairs based on commodity trade compliance guidelines.

At the import and export department counter, manage daily administrative tasks, including providing consultation on shipping specifications, classifying and maintaining import and export customs declaration forms, inspecting the arrival status of imported goods, verifying details, and filing records. Troubleshoot and report any issues to the supervisor, as well as notify staff to pick up goods and manage related processes.
