I am a trained chocolatier with education in culinary arts, events and business management.From 2011 to 2022, I was the founder and owner of Truffnies, a Colorado-based company that offered a unique and award-winning chocolate product. I led all aspects of the business, from manufacturing and packaging to branding, distribution and sales. Developed and implemented effective marketing strategies resulting in increased sales, customer loyalty, and media exposure. Planned events and participated in trade shows, winning several industry awards and recognition. Our goal was to provide the ultimate sweet luxury, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service. Closed company in 2022 and I am looking for new opportunities to apply my transferable skills and expertise in the event and hospitality industry.
