I recruited into graduate roles throughout the South of England and also took part in the KTPS (Knowledge Transfer Partnership Scheme) across the whole of the UK. I worked on a number of diverse and exciting roles from Online Marketing, Business Analysts, Economists to IT. Whilst at GRB we worked with both graduates and many of the top leading universities in England.

I worked within a call centre environment based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Here I worked within a team of 12 executives taking both inbound and outbound sales calls whilst generating new revenue. Daily hitting all set targets and given KPI's I consistently achieved all set targets on a monthly basis. We sold products including Telephone lines, 2nd Lines, Sky Channels & various add on movie packages.

I held this role as Telesales Consultant working on outbound campaign's consistently achieving over 155% of all set targets & KPI's promoting BT Telecommunications products & 2nd Lines. Frequently winning top sales person within a bank of 15 executives amongst over 400+ Telesales Agents. Won cash, vouchers, mini breaks and the competition was always high.
