I strive to make a difference in the lives of those I serve, and the community as a whole. I accomplish this by providing mutual respect, compassion, and energy in everything I do. Albert Einstein said it best, “only a life lived in the service to others is worth living.”I've demonstrated training and development skills, through the successful implementation and sustainability of a unique pilot program aimed at addressing network integrity. During this pilot, I drafted, implemented, and tracked standard workflows to ensure system-wide standardization. In addition, created and implemented a training guide used for all new-hires, and worked elbow-to-elbow for additional training. Used developmental skills to enhance personal and team efficiencies, and foster a streamlined dynamic. I have experience with successfully identifying process improvement needs, and leading and/or participating in process improvement plan development, communication, and implementation. Used change management skills to ensure change was reciprocated positively, ensuring an organization's most valuable assets (the employees) are confident and prepared for the necessary change. A balance of leadership and critical thinking has driven my ability to help organizations distinguish themselves. Identifying areas of improvement, and curating unique and industry distinguishing solutions to those particular areas. Ensuring the implementation and execution support a sustainable solution that will elevate the organization, and the ability to meet the needs of their consumers. As a leader, it is my priority to create an environment that fosters transparency, open communication, and the development and advancement of peers. A leader should support a team rather than dictate it, and transparency and communication are critical elements to a wholesome and effective team.
