Primary Job Function• Database administrator and technical support• Maintain Servers, check and monitor integrity of computer barcode system on paper machine #1, #2 & #3 to make sure that system is running well• Trouble-shooting computer peripheral & network system (make sure network devices (switches) are running well)• Support users of systems and PCs, maintain antivirus pattern and trouble-shooting against computer virus• Responsible for provisioning/configuration, operation, and maintenance of the system hardware or software and related infrastructure• Create and modify application program for more efficient jobAdditional Roles and Responsible• Provide technical advice to production about all computer hardware and software• Provide technical support to other departments when is needed
