Responsible for day-to-day activities which support the Global Content Services group. This consists of the following key areas: Media Content Operations, Global Fulfillment, and Language Operations. This includes all operational needs for content registration, content research, sourcing, conform work, processing, and delivery to various internal and external endpoints.

As an Encoding Specialist for the content operations department at Warner Media. My responsibilities is for encoding, tracking, quality control screening and distribution of file-based content for linear and non-linear services across Warner Media including HBO Max.

Responsible for the receipt of master digital files for the purposes of quality control, ingestion, and archiving for majority of Showtime and Smithsonian properties. These files are used for global linear broadcasts, streaming platforms, VOD/DTO, creative services, and delivery to our various digital ViacomCBS media partners.

Encoder/QC Technician – Digital Encoding ServicesOn-Demand Programming, Quality Control • Encoding content for all VIACOM domestic and international networks (over 40 Countries + Business Partners).• Making sure all technical video issues meets broadcast and internet affiliates parameters; making sure no abnormal production hits are on the assets before it's sent out to networks affiliates.• Managing encoding workflows with priorities.• Assist and take phone calls from affiliates/vendors in order to resolve issues.• Attend various departmental and crew staff meetings.• Training of digital staff on new workflows within the department.• Encode tapes and transcoding to digital files for editing on non-linear programs such as Final Cut Pro, AVID, etc.• Transcoding media files for network and internet distributors.• Archiving tape files into the library for network access• Editing, transcoding and sending the online version of The Daily Show and Colbert Report to the various distributors such as iTunes, Amazon, Hulu, etc.
