• I review the ex-staff Non-Performing Loans portfolio• I issue demand letters to ex-staff, mandating them to clear their outstanding balance according to the forbearance policy• I resolve conflict, reconcile accounts and negotiate with ex-staff in line with the Bank’s forbearance policy • I provide professional advice to Management on the full and final agreement in line with the Bank’s forbearance policy on ex-staff NPLs recovery• I engage Debt Recovery Agents (DRAs) on evasive ex-staff to aid recovery• I develop, update and effectively manage the Bank’s Schedule of Security Assets for Disposal• I review Obligors’ Credit files for relevant information for recovery• I liaise with the Legal Services Collateral Perfection team on all matters relating to perfection of pledged assets in order to aid recovery• I Initiate physical inspection and co-visit security assets approved for disposal• I source and liaise with experienced Sales Agents for effective marketing of the assets for disposal upon necessary approvals• I obtain management approval to obtain required court orders for sale and/or foreclosure of due security assets• I enforce sale of distressed pledged assets• I undertake such general work from time to time as may be directed by the Divisional Head, Remedial Asset Management Division.
