As Director of Alumni Engagement and Inclusion, I developed, directed, and strategized engagement and fundraising initiatives for 55,000+ alumni and corporate partners, harnessing the intellectual and financial power of the Tech community through a variety of intergenerational events, campaigns, and communications. I recruited and managed 300 volunteers annually, working together to grow the culture of philanthropy, and providing counsel on ways to further engagement opportunities and build sustainable programs. Currently partner with the leadership team and Board of Directors on strategic people initiatives that include partnership opportunities, prospect identification and management, budget forecasting, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Morgan, resulting in a 29% in corporate giving. I analyzed engagement from all activities using a self-developed metric system which allowed us to approach moves management strategically. My role supported Directors of Development and Annual/Planned Giving in identifying prospects for further cultivation, while also helping to drive forward key strategies for select fundraising campaigns and digital communications.
