● Even in the capacity of an intern without customary supervisory support, demonstrated self starter ship and performed the following● Automated engine processing system reports about a thousand fold (from 12 hours of manual update/ week to merely a 5 second action) utilizing Excel VBA (Virtual Basic for Applications).● Developed and employed new regulations and scan processes for assembly of AC compressors to eliminate returns and enforce correct installation.● Managed about 9 teams each of about 10 people to provide solutions involving malfunctioning tractor parts. o Developed protocols, test requirements and acceptance criteria; o Designed and built tailored devices enabling improved testing of critical components necessary for system function and maximization of the operation.; o Produced reports detailing test results and recommendations for design improvement.
