The Textile and Fashion Hub is a unique facility providing access to state-of-the-art equipment, facilities and training for those a part of the TCF industry. In my position I manage projects for industry to develop customised training solutions. I also operate the digital equipment at the Hub including a large format digital printer, digital garment placement printer, 3D body scanner, plotters, pattern scanning and all associated software.

Working with Indian hand weave clusters to take their skills and heritage to global markets. Focusing on the transferability of tradition techniques into modern designs.

Teaching design and range development. Writing and developing content for teacher and learner guides.

Lecturing in the Diploma of applied fashion design. Textiles, patternmaking and fabric performance.

Working with small business right through to large companies. Supporting them with fashion and textile design, specifications and patternmaking. Dealing with local and international suppliers and manufactures.
