Working with the Risk and Insurance Department, I manage high priority property claims, for multiple Clients and Vendors, ensuring resolutions to claims from Customers.Other tasks I've worked on: Developed\ enrich Standard Operation Procedures for R&I Department.Work with Finance Department to close claims. Support staff in 53 stores from corporate office.

Joining back to the workforce, I was introduced to a new industry of logistics\ transportation, where I was able to understand the functions of home delivery.

-Coordinate travel to multiple work sites-Facilitation of specialized art therapy programs, lectures, and hands-on art therapy projects with geriatric and special needs population.-Oversee progress for residents participation in programs-Evaluation of therapy progress while tayloring students needs for the most beneficial and positive learning outcome.

-Head Instructor for Art Club, facilitate creative projects, manage counselors, expose students to basic artistic foundations.-Assist Lead Instructor for Ceramics, assist lead instructor, manage classroom, expose students to proper basic ceramics foundations of hand building, and wheel throwing, glazing.-Uphold and applied leadership through role model skills utilizing facility values of, teamwork, integrity, generosity, enthusiasm, and respect.- Achieved recognition as a 4th week "All Star" staff member.

-Facilitation and scheduling of multiple programs for children and adults with special needs.-Prompt appropriate behavior to DSP clients while encouraging independence.-Develop communication and leadership skills through professional interaction with clients, their families, and managers.-Awarded DSP Excellence Award in 2013.

-Supervised entire recreation department-Responsible for creating weekly staffing schedule, work goals, and ensuring goals are met and maintained.-Developed long-term relationships with caregivers, families, and residents.-Adapted to unforeseeable circumstances while providing creative and engaging solutions to possible problematic issues.
