On April 2013, I moved from Reuters Messaging team to Eikon Desktop team (until December 2013) and moved to AAA team (Authentication, Authorization, and Administration) in 2014 with the new role, Technical Specialist. Besides coding the System Test and Deployment Administration Portal for Eikon Desktop, I also introduced and built unit test and automatic.

In 2010, I moved to lead project called Compliance. This is the back-end service for Reuters Messaging that will real-time evaluate the communication between users according to the his/her company's policies (i.e. Ethical Wall). I started with the team of 3 developers transferring source code from developers in other location (New York). In few months, I.

I lead the team with team size of 5 developers. Besides leading and building the team, I also work with quality assurance and product management team to get agents and SDK products of Reuters Messaging group to be released.

I worked on Reuters Messaging SDK, built on C#.NET, that allows internal and external Reuters' developers to build an simple application to connect to Reuters Messaging system. With this team, I had a chance to act as leader of development team which is good start and good experience for me to start the management career path.

At the first year I worked at RSTL, I developed application as an adapter to covert data from Reuters' feed type into understandable format of customer's system. The application was developed in C++ and run on Solaris platform. After that I moved to the other team to build internal automated test tools for Reuters Messaging system. The tools were written.
