- To arrange & witness the FAT, SAT and commissioning for equipment.- To clear the punch lists given by client.- To compile final documentation for client.- To manage & solve all the issues raised by client.- To survey/investigate all the issues raised by client.- To arrange & monitor vendor work on site.- To maintain and improve quality management system.- Develop and ensure implementation/compliance with project quality plan, project related procedures for document control, material control, inspection, testing and ITP.- Maintenance and resolution for non-conformance issues.- Ensure inspection procedures and requirements and complied with through surveillance and witness inspection.

- To test /commissioning our products during offshore.- Overseas (China, Vietnam) and offshore Inspection.- To maintain and improve quality management system. - To support project team/production solving quality related issues. - Develop and ensure implementation/compliance with project quality plan, project related procedures for document control, material control, inspection, testing and ITP. - Maintenance and resolution for non-conformance issues. - Develop pWPS/WPS/PQR/WQT. - Ensure inspection procedures and requirements and complied with through surveillance and witness inspection. - Perform vendor shop survey when required. - Compile all documentation according ISO/API 2C & 4F standard. - To perform inspection/FAT on all discipline. - To carry out overseas inspection.

- Co-ordinate inspection activities. - Witness inspection and testing and ensure that they are performed as scheduled in order to meet project objectives. - To manage the project construction activities for structure in order to ascertain the product will be built as per drawing, specification and schedule. - To communicate with fabrication related personnel in order ensure production carry out fabrication as per specification. - To ensure all QA/QC activities are carried out according QA/QC manuals and procedures. - To supervise inspection activities as per ITP. - To deal with construction engineer in case of discrepancies and mismatching between site and drawing. - To ensure proper reporting and fully utilization system document listed in ITP. - To report QA/QC inspection status, NCR, foreseen coordination and issues every week to the higher management.

- Carry out material verification, fit up and visual inspection. - Monitoring of completion NDT for structural elements as per requirement. - Perform daily surveillance, and prior to start the on-site work, that environmental conditions are adequate. - Monitoring for NDT status and repair if any. - Ensure all documents are cross-checkable with weld joint traceability summary. - Evaluate inspections and testing results in accordance with defined requirements. - Report to supervisor for any identified potential NCR or any NDT rejects.

Heera Re-Development Project RESPONSIBILITIES: - Monitor and champion the requirements of the Site Quality Manual and Project Standards and Specification. - Perform daily surveillance for consumable storage, parameter welders, pre-heating, inter-pass temperature. - Monitoring for NDT status, fabrication status. - Perform visual and fit up inspection and make sure NDT completion as per requirement. - Walk down at completion and punch listing for the structural elements of the work.

Perform inspection such as material receiving, metal verification, fit up inspection and visual inspection for structural fabrication. - Liaise with planning, engineering, production team and QA/QC team and client management. - To monitor consumable storage, ensure consumable handled under requirement. - To monitor status of all welding, NDT and report. - To monitor fabrication schedule and release note. - To check fabrication item under project specification. - To make sure fabrication drawing as per latest drawing. - To ensure welders welding under WPS. - Compilation of all documents and reports.
