- Financial Management. Direct responsibility for all manpower spend, infrastructure & software cap/amortization expenses within Global Fixed Income Technology;- Resource Management. Managing and supporting over 2,500 technologists with a $350m annualised manpower spend;- Work directly with over 10 MDs globally to support their departments on developing location & workforce strategy and continue to drive forward the strategy execution;

- Working with portfolio managers, programme & project managers globally to ensure that all programme activities are planned, tracked and managed well and within budget- Responsible for central governance reporting, financial planning/reporting, global resources planning/allocation/reporting; - Ensuring adherence to the project methodology and framework and regulatory compliance across internal and external bodies- Liaised closely with the executive leadership team and the divisional senior leadership teams, ensuring the appropriate prioritisation of projects to maximise progress against our strategy.

- Creating business and functional requirements documentations, UML diagrams, agile user stories, test scripts; Running UAT cycles and system training;- Working with Facilitation, Credit, Tax, AML, KYC and CDM / RDM and IT development/production support team- Dealing with the golden source of client reference data and management information reporting
