Mr Chong Ee Jay was the Manager of TOUCH Family Services and he has been a staff of TOUCH since the year 2007. His previous capacity was as the Manager of TOUCH Cyber Wellness, before moving over to TOUCH Family Services in 2017. Ee Jay specialises in cyber wellness, media literacy, digital age parenting and has conducted over 350 workshops, reaching out to more than 30,000 students, parents, educators and professionals in schools, corporations and the community. He is also a counselling practitioner and has since provided counselling support and consultations to more than 500 children, teenagers, parents and counsellors.He was the key driver behind the sustainable parenting efforts in TOUCH, championing public education programmes both locally (through schools and national level efforts) and internationally, as well as counselling intervention and mentoring works.Over the past 12 years, Ee Jay has been driven with a passion to inspire parents with hope and to cope with challenges that comes with the rapidly advancing digital age.Given his versatility, Ee Jay is also a highly sought after speaker for both parenting seminars and youth programmes.

Ee Jay was an appointed member of the Media Literacy Council (MLC) from 2014 to 2018. MLC advises the Government on research, trends and developments pertaining to the Internet and media, and appropriate policy responses; as well as developing public awareness and education programmes relating to media literacy and cyber wellness.
