About Chonghe Wang

I’m currently the CTO and co-founder of Sonologi, Inc., a deep-tech startup focused on ultrasound imaging patch technology for continuous surveillance of patient in critical care. Since 2016, I’ve been at the frontline leading fundamental research and engineering for ultrasound patches technologies that is capable of monitoring deep tissue vital signs. During the past 8 years of career, I’ve published my original research as first/corresponding author in Nature 2024, Science 2022, and Nature Biomedical Engineering(twice as journal cover) 2018 & 2021. Those work have been extensively covered by, MIT Technology Review, Forbes, NIH, Times, World Economic Forum, and many others. My awards include:- Forbes 30 Under 30 (Science Category, North America)- Finalist-National Inventors Hall of Fame- 2023 Highly Cited Researcher- Baxter Young Investigator Award (1st tier)

He was recognized as the '2019 Baxter Young Investigator' for his contribution in developing the world first wearable central blood pressure monitor that could potentially save lives of ICU patient.
