Prof. Chongjun Jin obtained his Ph. D from Harbin Institue of Technology in 1997. Then he was a postdoctor fellow in Institute of Physics, Beijing. In 1999, he workd as an associate research scientist in Institute of Physics, Beijing. From 2002 to 2005, he was in Prof. Richard De La Rue group, University of Glasgow as an associate research fellow. Then he worked with Prof. Sajeev John and Prof. Geoffrey A Ozin in University of Toronto as a postdoctor fellow. In the beginning of 2007, He moved to the School of Physics and Engineering, Sun Yat-Sen University as a full professor. He is working in the field of nanophotonics, such as plasmonics, metamaterials, and photonic crystals. He is co-authored more than 50 peer-reviewed papers, such as nature communications, nano letters, applied physics letters, and Optics express.
