At the Faculty of Pharmacy,Research (profiling blood biomarkers):-managed a project of biomarker study for age-related cognitive decline. -planned experiments & prepared budget & liaised with suppliers.-introduced the approach of examining extra-cellular vesicle (exosome).-isolated brain-related exosome subpopulation from human blood.-detected the presence of exosome.-prepared exosome RNA to send out for Next-Gen Sequencing.
