(Confirmed with customer's information)2.Create part number and description that identify specification information of part (within 40 digits) in SAP system.3.Coordinate with Sourcing and Planning team for explain detail of part.4.Coordinate with Finance team for support data cost analysis.5.Clearly and Identify calculate explanation of part's usage then declare to team and customer.6.Upload BOM, Work center and Routing to SAP system.7.Analysis and improvement for reduce usage of part all program.8.Setting procedure to material control of engineering stock. (Transfer, GI/GR)9.Release ECR/ECN Document from Engineering division then explain to all concern.JOB ACHIEVEMENT1.Continuous BOM Audit to achievement data setting with actual.2.Reduce usage of part affect to cost down.3.First Article Inspection report sent to customer.

JOB ACHIEVEMENT1.Create formula and method for use big data to calculate efficiency by model, line, division by excel.2.Set new standard for Warehouse division.3.Set new standard WIP target for JIT (Just in time).4.Create Macro, VBA for reduce routine job.5.Create and setting standard VSM of all product.6.Reduce model change time and start up time by change method and new arrange process.7.Adjustment operator and cycle time in production line for appropriated volume. Project job1.New starting JIT center at company.- Representative to training with center of Mitsubishi Electric group for establish JIT project.- Create regulation, policy, procedure for implementation to all division.- Declare JIT system to all concern person.- Scheduling and Organize JIT Day for official start JIT activity in company.- Training all information to concern person. (5S, Muda, Kaizen, VSM, WIP, etc.)- Summary result then lead to create activity for improvement.- Follow up improvement activity and keep schedule.- Evaluate all activity then summary and report to Top management.2.New starting e-f@ctory (Smart Factory) at company.- Direct contact to supplier for distribute concept.- Communication and scheduling internal team and supplier.- Design outline for installed key point machine.- Create sequence condition for record database to show on Dashboard in real time.- Monitoring and use database for automatic calculate productivity, OEE, MTTR, MTBF, etc.- This project can be cancel manual record by paper in production line.
