In my past two years of President role at OUCSA Otago University Chinese Student Association, I formalized the association by coaching executives, enhance our reputation and publicity through building and maintaining tight connections with local business, university departments, sponsors and partners through various collaborations. I have organized twenty-seven events in the past two years; has achieved 42% increase in membership after one year of managing and 13% increase in mean return.
