I have over 29 years of experience in higher education administration, strategic planning, budget & program management, oversight of students support services programs, cross college collaboration, and shared governance at various institutions, including PWI, HSI, and minority serving institutions. I am passionate about creating a just and equitable educational environment where diversity is celebrated and differences are embraced. As a senior consultant at Arredondo Advisory Group, I work collaboratively with a team of consultants to provide services and support to clients in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB), strategic planning and implementation, leadership development, and organizational climate.
