- Perform all laboratory processes pertaining to Cord Blood from testing, processing, storing cryogenically and quality control. - Assisting in collection and processing of Freeze Dried Platelets. - CD34+ analysis, operate with Flow cytometry (​CellQuest Pro). - Perform Trypan Blue Exclusion test (Viability test) and Total Nucleated Cell Count. - Document all processes and test done on samples, on both database and paper records. - Monitor and document all out-sourced test results. - Assistance in Adult PBSC transplantation. - Keeping track on equipment maintenance and breakdowns. - Supervise and oversee third party contractors. - Administer weekly disinfectants, and cleans equipments. Maintains compliance to cGMP procedures and practices.

- Resolving customers queries and issues with the assistance from an internal customer profiler. - Maintain a good rapport of customer after the call and provide after sales services for loyal customer. - Provide good customer experience that encompasses of good handling time for each calls, minimizing on hold time, and refer to appropriate channels to address the issue accordingly.
