KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:. Possesses a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies . Assess value, define and prioritize user stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value. . Participate in definition of story acceptance criteria, draft them when feasible, and provide examples in support of Acceptance Test-driven Development (ATDD) specification by example. . Makes sure quality standards are met and established Standard Operational procedures are followed . Work with other product owners to identify features’ gaps and overlaps in order to ensure high reusability across projects and products.

Software License Advisor role reporting to SLIM (Software License Management) senior advisor, onboard ERP into SLIM license management process and responsible on ERP software license compliance (multimillion dollars contract value) covering more than 100 SAP products; Deliver cost avoidance and costing saving through license usage optimization; manage ERP license cost allocation and recovery across businesses inclusive JVs.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS· Successfully on-boarded ERP license management into SLIM license management framework. · Led and conducted annual SAP license usage measurement through license data collection, consolidation, analysis, remediation, reporting and true-up. · Achieved and maintained annual SAP license compliance position on time and supported ERP PMO on investment negotiation with SAP.· Generated cost saving of $0.8mil through termination of under utilization of licenses and redeploy unused license for new requests.· Initiated process and tool improvement in license entitlement tracking and payment process, resulted 50% time saving, improved data usability and accuracy.
