I became interested in the wellness industry in 2004 when I was treated for cancer. Combining western and natural medicine has completely restored my health. Although my treatment was challenging, it gave me great insight. Sometimes hospice workers and care providers lose themselves in service and give to the point of compromising their own health. Through personal experience I came to the conclusion that I must take excellent care of myself first and foremost, otherwise I cannot be fully present for others.
