Having previously served as the Managing Member, I have divested of my shares and now serve as Abgold's Manager. Abgold is participating in a joint venture to install and operate refueling stations for hydrogen fuel cell-powered vehicles both in the U.S. and in several other countries. Abgold also supports the international business development arm of a major overseas energy corporation in its efforts to establish strategic relationships with U.S. companies in the U.S. energy market. Previously we assisted it with multiple overseas efforts including its attempt to broker the disposition of European power plant assets, obtain natural gas for one of its power plant projects in Europe, explore the potential for delivering natural gas to southeastern Europe, and market that company's cyber security joint venture to potential U.S. customers.

I came to coaching after many years of senior executive experience, and mentoring many mid-level executives. I received intensive coach training from Accomplishment Coaching, an ICF-accredited coach training program. Although I no longer accept paying clients, I continue to do limited peer coaching and pro bono coaching for select clients.

I was a co-founder and CEO of TIEP which was formed to follow up on our team's success establishing the U.S.-Israel Energy Cooperation Program in 2007 (best known in Israel as "BIRD Energy" and BSF grants for research in energy). We fostered U.S.-Israel collaboration on energy research, development and commercialization of new technology. One of our outstanding projects, in conjunction with the White House, PM's office, Ministry of Economy and U.S. Departments of Energy, Agriculture, FAA and Navy we, in cooperation with the US-Israel Science and Technology Foundation (USISTF), coordinated the U.S.-Israel Bio-Energy Challenge -- bringing Israel's top biofuels researchers and entrepreneurs to the U.S. to meet with their American counterparts and develop B2B and government to business relationships. And, we have helped companies in fields as diverse as solar CSP and PV, shale oil development and biofuels.

EA-21 was established to bring about changes in U.S. energy policy in order to foster U.S. energy independence. I was a co-founder and CEO. Also served from 2008-2010 as the organization's chief Washington lobbyist.

I was recruited back to the American Jewish Congress in 2001 and promoted to the position of Executive Director in January, 2002 after having worked there in successively higher positions from 1983 to 1988. In addition to my other duties as Executive Director, I devised the idea for and led the team that enacted the U.S.-Israel Energy Cooperation Act (section 917 of PL 110-140). I also led the successful effort to politically empower the French Jewish community to stop the spread of the "new anti-Semitism" in Europe; and our landmark project to publicize Hizbollah terrorists' use of Human Shields in Lebanon.

Coordinated all fund raising, government affairs, organizing for NY, NJ and all of New England.

From NY Office supervised the entire staff including the Washington DC legislative staff, and constituent office work in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Organized the Sierra Club's groundbreaking national urban environmental program; and participated as a member of the organizing committee for City Care -- a 700-person national gathering of environmental and urban leaders held in Detroit. Served as chief Sierra Club spokesman to national news media headquartered in New York. Served as registered lobbyist for both urban environmental issues and non-urban issues including Synfuels, Alaska National Interest Lands (ANILCA), Expansion of Redwood National Park, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Urban Mass Transit funding.Following employment, served on the NYS ("Atlantic Chapter") Sierra Club board, and as the NYS PAC chairman.
