Structural Engineer
CurrentTechnical Level: Professional1. Created report templates for all team members to be used in their stability and structural analysis and design calculations in submission to the clients, i.e., cooperated parties.2. Produced an Overall Safety Plan Report of all structures to be built in the Luang Prabang project. Good examples of those structures are Navigation Lock, Spillway, Right and Left Pier, Powerhouse, Cofferdam, and Access Roads, etc.3. Performed stability analysis, including static method, i.e., Pseudo-static method and dynamic analyses, namely Response Spectra Analysis (RSA) or Time History Analysis (THA) of concrete structures, such as Retaining Walls and the Left Pier, considering the unusual and extreme load cases, i.e., during hazard events, such as flooding (Probable Maximum Flood) and earthquakes (Maximum Design Earthquake, Safety Evaluation Earthquake, etc.).4. Produced the Head Report of the Left Pier which consists of useful information, such as report ID numbers of the Civil Design, Geotechnical, and Hydraulic Design, that will be used throughout the project.5. Produced the Design Description of the Left Pier. This report enables engineers to understand the overview of the Design Criteria of the Left Pier structure subjected to stability and structural analysis based on various standards, such as USACE, ACI, ASIC, ICOLD, etc. Good examples of those criteria are Geological Design Parameters, Seismic Design Parameters, Material, and Load Design Parameters, Backfill and Water Design Elevations, Stability and Structural Design Concept, etc.6. Produced the Stability Analysis of the Left Pier. This report presents the detailed calculations of the Left Pier Stability Analysis with respect to the Design Description of the Left Pier. The Left Pier structure has to be stable during the hazard events, such as flooding (Probable Maximum Flood) and earthquakes (Safety Evaluation Earthquake).
