    I started at Genesys as a consultant to product marketing defining the early story line for customer journey management. This evolved into a full-time product strategy position where I delivered market and competitive analysis on a team that resulted in the company purchasing our next closest enterprise competitor to acquire its cloud native SaaS CX solution (now Genesys Cloud CX). From there, I transitioned into product management on the cloud team to support the transformation of our enterprise solution first into a cloud native service on AWS and then to multicloud on Azure and GCP via Kubernetes. I finished my last two years at Genesys establishing a platform product management practice with three PMs (covering infrastructure services, SRE/observability, CICD for AWS/Azure/GCP) while also serving as the portfolio and program management lead (~solution train engineer in SAFe terminology) for the Multicloud CX Platform.A recurring theme of my tenure at Genesys is passion to improve how we collaborate and align efforts. I drove the 2000+ organization-wide initiative to refresh our portfolio and product management tools and practices, training the organization on lean/agile practices that helped us deliver better outcomes dramatically faster.
