With a bachelor's degree in Korean Language and Literature and a minor in information studies from Chulalongkorn University, My journey has taken me through some exciting experiences, starting with a passion for human-centered design. LINE Company, where I honed my user experience skills and managed chatbot content to resolve users' problems and improve user engagement. Currently, I’m diving into my role as an AIOps Engineer at Mind AI. I get to blend user research and conversational flow design to enhance AI operations. This experience perfectly blends my academic background with my technical expertise, allowing me to create solutions that not only meet user needs but also drive innovation.I am excited about the future of technology and my potential to grow and create meaningful interactions.
