-Helped create Drive Thru Voting (DTV), a historic first in Texas, where nearly 130,000 voters cast their ballot using DTV. The 10 DTV mega sites model outperformed in-person voting. Our model and DTV voters survived multiple lawsuits at the Texas Supreme Court, the U.S. Federal District Court in the Southern District of Texas, and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals-Led strategy to increase early voting and election day sites to historic firsts, a 3x increase in early voting sites to 120 and over 800 election day voting sites-Developed the first data-driven method to allocate voting machines and supplies in a manner that ensured there were virtually no lines at any polling locations for most of Early Voting and on Election Day
