• Responsible for designing, evaluating, advising and implementing industry emerging security technologies that support the business such as Tenable Security Center, McAfee Web Gateway and McAfee Data Loss Prevention.
• Perform hands on security testing of products and services with Tenable and Acunetix to proactively discover risk such as OWASP top 10 and track them to resolution.
• Facilitate meetings with engineers, consultants, and leadership to address security risks, create configurations, standards, and procedures that support industry, regulatory, and client requirements for the enterprise.
• Perform validation of security controls to ensure adherence with compliance and industry best practices.

• Diagnose hardware, software, printing, and network connectivity issues including LAN, WAN, and VPN access in a Windows 7 environment via email, telephone and in-person.
• Image, configure and deploy computers and authorized software to users.
• Respond to helpdesk calls within level-of-service guidelines and follow-up with users, as needed.
