Ignite Philanthropy: Inspiring the End to Violence Against Girls and Boys is a philanthropic fund that supports bold efforts to ensure every child lives a life free of violence.My role is to strengthen the resilience, leadership, and connections among Ignite's global partners, and contribute to a more equitable grantmaking practice.

Together with five other Action Circle members, we represent, develop and drive FAIR SHARE of Women Leaders’ vision to promote diversity, inclusion, and trust in the social impact sector.

Bangkok City, Thailand

• I spearheaded audience growth and engagement strategies on human rights and development issues in collaboration with 85+ NGO members and global partners. Led a globally-distributed team during the COVID-19 pandemic and.
• Led the organisational rebranding and outreach strategies. Drove over 2,200 viewers to the restructured impact report in six months.
• United siloed teams and facilitated strategic discussions to develop advocacy messaging and strategies - statements, high-level convening, press briefings, or digital campaigns. Increased media coverage by 70% in two.
• Piloted digital measurement tools and disseminated regular media impact analysis to improve organisational learning and efficiency.
• Represented 35+ staff members to advise Directors and Board Members in integrating gender and safeguarding into organisational policies and programming.

Myanmar

Developed a three-year proposal and raised >US$ 500K from a philanthropic foundation. The project supported smallholder farmers' sustainable coffee enterprises in Myanmar.

• As advisor to the senior management team in a fast-paced environment, I identified opportunities for influence and stewarded strategic relationships at the country and regional levels.
• Facilitated ActionAid's representation at the CSR Asia Summit. Promoted women’s economic empowerment and sustainable agriculture during a public panel discussion.
• Organised a multi-stakeholder dialogue with 20+ embassies, academic institutions, and funders to showcase lessons learnt from the community-led funding model.

Myanmar

• Acted as a key contact to the Country Director, Thematic Leads, and external strategic stakeholders (Foundations, government agencies, media, trade associations, and service providers). Developed processes and policies.
• Managed strategic public and private partnerships (>US$ 3M) focusing on sustainable agriculture, inclusive value chains, and community empowerment. Responsible for donor communication, reporting, and contract compliance.
• Co-created the community-based tourism project with country teams, Intrepid Travel, and RMIT University. Created alternative income for 1,000+ community members in rural Myanmar.
• Developed concept notes and proposals aligning the needs of communities with business interests. Contributed to partnerships with SIDA, KBZ Bank, and Prudence Foundation.

• Conducted risk analysis and advised on conflict-sensitive programming. Collected qualitative data and supported the reporting, monitoring, and evaluation of an EU-funded capacity-building project.
• Drafted talking points and communiques on sustainable tourism, consumers’ rights, and climate-resilient agriculture for national advocacy forums.

Taipei, Taiwan

Taipei Overseas Peace Service (TOPS) is a Taiwan-based NGO supporting the education of Myanmar refugees living across the Thai-Myamar border. We launched an online appeal endorsed by influencers and held a successful press conference on the World Refugee Day to advocate for refugee rights and a national refugee law.

Taipei And Bangkok

I coordinated the design and implementation of the Election Observation Mission in Taiwan. Represented Taiwan NGO at a regional workshop that led to the drafting and adoption of the Bangkok Declaration on Free and Fair Election.
