Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Supervising and guiding the night staff team as a Manager on Duty during night, including training new employees and ensure efficient hotel operations.Administration and Operational Coordination: Managing various administrative tasks, including updating guest records, preparing reports for management, and ensuring compliance by handling phone calls and emails, and liaised effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments to ensure seamless guest experiences with hotel policies and regulations.Financial Management: Accurately handling all financial transactions, including auditing and reporting daily revenues, managing invoices, and ensuring financial compliance. Managed daily financial transactions, including account reconciliation, charge posting, and cash drawer balancing. Conducted end-of-day (Night Audit) accounting procedures, audited guest accounts for accuracy, and assisted in preparing monthly financial statements. Guest Services: Providing exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant and satisfying stay for all guests. Addressed and resolved guest complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Greeted guests warmly, providing information about hotel services, and efficiently managed check-ins and check-outs.Safety and Security: Monitoring hotel security systems and procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff, responding promptly to any security concerns or emergencies. Handled emergency situations adeptly, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security incidents, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.Quality Assurance: Conducting regular checks to ensure that all areas of the hotel meet quality and cleanliness standards, and coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping departments as needed.Location: Holiday Inn Eindhoven Airport
