• Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager on anything related to recruitment (job posting, screening CVs, arranging interviews and some coordination)• Assist on data entry, ensuring data accuracy and maintenance of ATS• Provide support to the team on any recruitment needs and assist on any ad-hoc tasks assigned

• Management of the purchasing office in Hong Kong, production factory in China and client relations in the US• Develop new client relationships by attending Educational conferences in the U.S. throughout the year• Negotiate of the purchase price and minimum order quantity for new OEM/ODM projects with U.S. clients• Oversee the accounting for both the China factory and Hong Kong office overhead costs, material costs and other expenses• Maintain client relationships scheduled updates in the operational progress of production• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of purchasing for all materials needed for production• Work with factories in China to keep production date on schedule by personal visits and contact with onsite employees• Work with U.S. clients on a design for a new product from the initial design drawing to the final approval of a first prototype

United States

• Lead training for a group of 20 members in how to conduct interviews of census takers.• Issuing cases for team members to complete• Have daily meetings with each member in my group and collect reports • Work with team members to deal with difficult cases that requires my personal visits• Manage team member’s individual issues ranging from time management, execution, and improving methods of interactions with census takers• Approve work payment for team members and any expenses to be covered• Work with other team leader to create strategies to finish census of specific difficult areas• Report to management daily/weekly progress of completed cases
