Trial experience in state court included child abuse and neglect, landlord-tenant, consumer, housing, custody, spouse abuse and paternity cases. Also handled litigation involving access by indigents to hospitals, i.e. Hill-Burton Act. Some experience in Title VII litigation in federal court.Supervised and reviewed the work of summer interns and law student volunteers. Assisted in the establishment of a Counselling and Referral Service in conjunction with the Asian American Council of Greater Philadelphia to enhance the delivery of legal services to the Asian community.
