Talent Acquisition Lead (Exera Core Services)
Current- Responsible as a focal point of coordinating volume recruitment of Sites personnel to meet a targeted monthly intake including Recruitment Channel Development, Candidate Selection, Onboarding, Internal communication.
- Identify multiple recruitment channels (traditional & digital)
- Assess acquisition cost and return on investment (ROI)
- Develop a complementary set of acquisition channels
- Ensuring vacancies are posted internally and externally to the relevant channels,ensuring position advertisement reaches target audience and ROI is realizedfrom selected channel(s)
- Run regular periodic recruitment campaigns, anticipating peak requirementsthrough liaison with function heads and workforce planning consideration
