Communicate with insurance adjusters via phone and email throughout the claims process. Communicate key job information using the notes feature in required software. Arrange for permits as needed. Work with crew members to resolve problems as discovered. If a responsibility or task needs to be completed, fill-in as needed. Good understanding of construction and building materials. Ability to close sales with residential and commercial clients. Good communicator. Organize, plan and prioritize work. Knowledgeable of Local, State and Federal code application and how to determine code requirements. Knowledge of Industry policies and procedures. Ability to set goals and monitor them. Excellent problem solving capabilities.

As the senior-most decision maker over the company’s vision and service, identify and obtain distressed homes across the State of Virginia, and manage construction projects to restore the properties to compliance with Building Code.
