Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL Toastmasters was formed in 1972 to assist all members of the community to build their self confidence and self esteem through public speaking. Through a mixture of prepared and off-the-cuff speaking opportunities, combined with positive evaluations and suggestions for improvement, our club helps take the fear out of public speaking.Our club is open to all visitors. We are currently meeting in person at Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. At our meetings, members participate in both prepared and impromptu speaking opportunities. As a guest you will be invited to participate in some speaking opportunities if you wish to do so.
