My research leads to the development of a new method for urban design process based on site characteristics, using an automated design tool (initially based on GIS and CAD). Today, it is being conducted in collaboration with researchers from Italy (La Sapienza, Rome) and Portugal (ISCTE-IUL, Lisbon).As a researcher, I do publish the results of my work on scientific journals and events abroad, such as ISUF (International Seminar of Urban Form), RMU (Revista de Morfologia Urbana) and BRJD (Brazilian Journal of Development), and make translations of papers to Portuguese on these scientific means.
