SYLWIA CHRABAŁOWSKA: Founder and president of the Fundacja Moc Kobiet, and CEO of Moc Media publishing house, doctoral student at the Institute of Management and long-time mentor in the Mentoring Program at the Warsaw School of Economics, chairman of the Supervisory Board of IDH SA and member of Chapter Zero Poland, as well as the Polish Society of Book Publishers and the Polish Book Chamber. Co-organizer of the pro-frequency campaign "Women for Elections". Author of professional courses, lecturer and author of social innovations under the name "Visible" and "Archipelago of Women". Author of the creative guidebook "Archipelago of Happy Islands. A guide to living courageously on your terms". She conducts business consultations and organizes workshops on a variety of topics. Her research interests include corporate social responsibility, stakeholder dialogue, business models and strategic management.She began her work in 1998 as a journalist for PAI-Press. She gained professional experience in several editorial offices of various publishing and media houses. She was the managing editor of news services. She collaborated on reports for the Big Four. She was the publisher of books in one of the largest publishing groups in Poland. She served as publishing director, where she was responsible for the work of the book editorial team, magazines, websites, market development, and sales.She set the task before Moc Media Publishing to help authors reach their audiences, using books, media and other forms of publishing as communication channels. Moc Media is also an open door for Polish science, as the publishing house offers a comprehensive service for indexed scientific journals.Sylwia was awarded the title of Innovative Leader 2024 by Executive Summit. She was also honoured in the Gallery of 10 Women of the Warsaw School of Economics during the Week of Women of Success 2023 and as the winner of the TOP15 Women of Success 2022 poll in the business and marketing category.
