In a nutshell, I am responsible for the end to end hiring process for all tracks assigned to me and ensures the timely and effective completion of the client’s hiring requirements per agreed hiring process and turnaround time. This role is also expected to collaborate with the other departments/ units within talent acquisition on all recruitment needs to ensure all open tracks are filled in a timely manner.

ADMIN:Prepare and issue Attendance Memo to all brands and Head office. Prepare and issue attendance memo accordingly then record it to the system. Monitor return of attendance memo transmittal and maintain a file folder. Prepare and issue Disciplinary Action Memo to employees with suspension. Always update System and Payroll on suspension dates served by the employees. Keep monthly file of attendance summary per year. Handled discrete information related to employee relations, changes in the organization, confidential information issues, and other sensitive HR-related matters. RECRUITMENT:- Experience in Recruitment and retail store operations background. - Administer end-to-end hiring cycles.- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with HR Officers for each brand, HR Manger and Brand managers to discuss needs.- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and contacting Head hunters..- Maintains and uses job portals and other sourcing channels to gather candidates for various positions.- Communicate with candidates through phone calls, text message and via email.- Answer incoming calls to assist candidates who may have inquires and or questions about the hiring process.- Attends job fairs and other recruitment activities to recruit candidates for various positions.- Sets clear deadlines on pre-employment requirements with new hires and ensures timely follow up is made if necessary.- Prepares job offer and employment contracts efficiently. Ensures that salary and pertinent information are written accurately in both documents.- Safe keeps contracts and other confidential documents of new hires. Monitor the hiring of candidates, which includes:- application review to ensure candidates are moving through the process in a timely manner.- Monitor completion of background investigation results.
