Tasks:• Implementing automated test of nightly firmware builds for head phones.• Data logging script for production audio verification team.Achievements: • Implementation of automated test for two products.• For some months I was assigned to implement data logging script for production audio verification team. I delivered a full data logging script made in Python with the agreed features:- Get user input (via GUI)- Reading test device HW and get device info from data base- Collect all measurements and save into csv file- Merge graph pictures into single picture files- Recording photos of test setup (stream from IP camera)The script has later on been implemented in other EPOS test system.

Tasks:• Coordinate and execute certification for US (FCC), Canada (IC) and Japan (Ninsho) of Aviator S satellite communication system.• Developing test SW (TestStand & Python) and executing Qualification test of Aviator S.• Documenting qualification test results according to requirements from Airbus. • Coordinating test activities at external test house.• Coordinating certification documentation with several teams.Achievements: • For certification test (in the spring 2020) to be executed at German external test house it wasn’t possible for me to be at location due to COVID 19 situation. The challenge was then to develop a test SW that would be easy to use for test engineers at test house. In one month, I developed a test SW with full GUI integration, all programmed in Python. The test SW was used in the test house without any problems or issues.• Qualification test campaign for Airbus approved. Test execution was conducted on location in test house in Paris (2019).

Tasks:• Define test scripts and do execution of verification test on Blood Dialysis machines and Electro mechanic Components.• Test HW and Test SW development.• Environmental test on HW • Supporting HW proto type bring-up’s.Achievements:• For proto type bring-up of new Dialysis machine AK 98 there was no operating system implemented. I developed Python test scripts which could control valves, pumps etc. to make the machine running with dialysis fluid for test purpose. The Python scripts were controlling the system via CANopen interface.• Team member of the team completing the formal verification of AK 98 Dialysis Machine.• Executed and completed formal component verification of fluid analysis module which is used in many Baxter machines.• To support HW & SW debugging I have developed several easy to use GUI test scripts in Python.

Responsibilities: • Integration of automatic test for production at best balance of cost versus quality.• Creation and coordination of technical requirements and specifications. And make sure that solutions are delivered and implemented in time.• Work split agreements and SW planning with chipset vendor. • Ensure that phone product design is feasible for production test and selecting best suitable equipment for test in mass production.• Ensure best interface between product design and test design.Achievements: • Implementation of test for more than 15 products in factories in Europe and Asia. Always delivered in time at highest quality. This I’ve obtained by having good dialogue to all stakeholders, and motivating team.• Implementation of test and calibration in chipset from two different chipset suppliers.• Special assignment: reduce test time significantly in factories in a half year period. Succeeded with test time reduction of 50% which resulted in high incentive pay for the team.
