Work with Long Term Care and Assisted living facility staff too ensure correct billing information (Medicare A, Medicare D/Private Pay, or Medicaid). Work with prescribers on medications not covered through insurance by either a Prior Authorization or Drug change of medications. Work with third party payers and insurance companies to correctly bill for medications whether it be getting correct processing information or LTC overrides on medications. Also working with patients and/or their responsible parties on their account discrepancies to provide the best customer service possible.
