About Chris Sheppard

My career in technology has provided me with tremendous opportunities both personally and professionally. The ability to fully appreciate how technology can empower and benefit individuals and companies to achieve their goals, needs, and how it has changed during over time has been a great journey to experience. Today I am part of an amazing team of Security professionals on the Security Governance Team, we manage a number of key programs for the organization. For a little background of my career, I've had a number of opportunities that I've outlined below, and more details listed in my overall experience. I have managed a regional team of cyber security program managers and closely working with dedicated sales teams to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunities. In addition, I have experience in delivering solutions overview and product certification training at international and domestic user groups and conferences for customers and strategic partners. All this has been extremely rewarding and given me the knowledge and skill set to be successful in a variety of roles. I have also been responsible for direct sales account managers and supported multiple products, solutions and customers. Then taking on opportunities to fully manage Tele and Chat programs focused on sales development while also providing customers a positive experience to assist them in meeting their needs. I created, deployed, and managed many different programs to support the needs of companies and the customers we engaged with. Living in the Northwest I have really appreciated the four seasons, especially winters for snowboarding and summers for time on the lake and biking on the abundance of trails in the area. It's been great for us to be close to our extended family as my girls have grown up and can appreciate quality time with them, the stories they get from their grandparents and the friendship with their cousins.
